“Thank you for working with (our daughter). It takes a special person to win her trust and for her to feel comfortable revealing her vulnerabilities. She seems a lot lighter and is feeling better in herself and in her competition”
Parents of 20 year old.

“Ha ha I have lost 18kg and relearning how to strut. A year after our sessions I am still doing great…. my thinking is straight and I am able to get on top of difficult days. I feel like the smiling, shining glorious woman I was meant to be.”
 – Jane, 34

“I had some light bulb moments. I had never thought about the “happy” state being the real me and the anxious one being the result of conditioning. Wow. My future now feels clearer and brighter.”

“You have helped me to believe in myself for the first time in my life and I feel great. The relationship I have begun is due to confidence gained from talking to you. You are awesome.”

“It (depression) was like wearing a wet raincoat, even in bed. Now I feel like I’ve got the coat off and it’s stopped raining.”

“Thank you for helping our son, you have managed the seemingly impossible. We did put our trust in you and I can honestly say that it was well-founded.”
 – John, father of 19 year old client

“I’m going to be kinder to myself from now on. And if the next guy doesn’t treat me well I’ll just say “next…..” I’m just a bit more fab than that.”
