Karen is a registered clinical psychologist based in Wellington, New Zealand. Qualified in psychology and physical education, Karen promotes the mind-body connection in her work. An author and regular media commentator, she is available for speaking engagements and workshops.

Clinical Psychology

Clinical psychologists assess, diagnose and treat psychological problems. Karen is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and draws on other models to match client needs. She specialises in brief therapy packages (3 – 10 sessions) for which research shows very good outcomes for mild to moderate difficulties.
